Roughly 10 days from now, the Filipino people will elect the New President of this nation. But still, there is much fuss about Noynoy Aquino and his credibility to lead the country. Some say that he is the chosen one, just look at his lineage, his parents, and that’s enough to make him a good leader. I find this shallow and arrogant, and much more unethical because you are using your dead parents and not your qualifications and achievements as a public servant. This guy looks like he does not have the cojones to run, but still bigger forces are at work here, so let me enumerate. Noynoy was carrying notes in a Public debate with other candidates, and he was the only one who carried notes. Cramming? Senate and Congress can’t find any laws that he has done or got approved. This 50 year old man is still unmarried and has no children. Is into video games. Don’t you find that queer? Caught sleeping on the Senate. Rumored to have psychological records. Now that needs to be taken seriously. How about Hacienda Luisita? It is still unresolved. As a public servant Noynoy Hacienda Luisita must be reolved. It was his moral obligation to the farmers. But Hacienda Luisita Noynoy is still a big question mark that I dread to think will never get justice, even if he becomes President. So why vote for him? So vote wisely, vote someone that will be lead the country with his wits and not because of his lineage.

Filipino people are all set to elect their new president. Who deserves to be elected? Who are you guys rooting for? Let me know about it.
A leader must not be elected depending only on his lineage, but leadership qualities and genuine concern for the betterment of the public should also be considered.
If you were to examine every politician, even the best ones would have some weaknesses. The only option is to choose the lesser evil force.
